Yes! Some items we have to order bulk and it just isn’t a sustainable business practice for us to do so for single items.
What’s your turnaround time? Turnaround times are typically dependent upon the method used for each product. For drink-ware and accessories the turnaround time is typically between 1-3 business days. For screen-printed items such as t-shirts, hoodies, and other textiles expected turnaround can be from 7-12 business days. Turnaround times should be seen as estimated, rather than guaranteed.
What if I can’t find what I need in your shop?
No sweat! e-mail us at sales@embodimentprinting.com and we’ll see if we can source the product you need and print it. Most of our customers order by e-mail.
What if I don’t want to use the Online Product Designer?
No issue there, e-mail us at sales@embodimentprinting.com with your artwork, desired substrate or garment, and we’ll e-mail you back within 72 hours with a mock-up and invoice.
For Businesses, do you offer Tax-Exemption for resellers?
Yes…Send us an email at sales@embodimentprinting.com.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not. International tariffs are messy and in the event of broken glass it can be even messier.
What if my artwork sucks?
Don’t worry about it. Just send it to us at sales@embodimentprinting.com and we can clean it up for free or cheap.
In addition to this, All artwork, including spelling, grammar, and design, is the responsibility of the customer. Embodiment Printing prints customer-supplied files exactly as provided. Once a proof or file is approved by the customer, Embodiment Printing is not responsible for any errors (including misspellings, grammar, or design elements) present in the approved file. Any reprints required due to such errors will be done at the customer’s expense
Can I use artwork that I did not create?
Only if it is A) You have been granted permission by the owner of the copyright or B) The artwork has been entered into the Public Domain.
What if I don’t even have artwork?
No problem! Tell us your ideas and we can create it for you. We have graphic designers in our arsenal.
Can I come over?
Uhh, look bro, we just met. Unfortunately because we operate out of our private family home we do not open our doors to the public.
