Welcome to Embodiment Printing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Artwork & File Responsibility

  • All artwork (including spelling, grammar, colors, and design) is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We print customer-supplied files exactly as provided.

  • Once payment is made, it is considered approval of all artwork and order details.

  • Any reprints required due to customer-supplied errors (including misspellings) will be at the customer’s expense.

Proofs & Approvals

  • A digital proof may be provided upon request, but in all cases, full payment constitutes final approval of the artwork and order details.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before submitting payment.

  • Embodiment Printing is not responsible for errors (including spelling, grammar, sizing, or placement) once payment has been made.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Once payment is made, it is considered approval for all artwork and order details.

  • All sales are final.

Turnaround & Deadlines

  • Standard turnaround times vary depending on the project and will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

  • While we make every effort to meet deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Garment & Print Variations

  • Slight variations in print placement, ink color, or garment shade may occur and are considered industry standard.

  • Customer-supplied garments are not accepted

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been made.

Intellectual Property

  • By submitting artwork, the customer represents that they have the legal right to reproduce the design.

  • Embodiment Printing is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement on customer-supplied artwork.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the order in question.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost sales, or consequential losses related to an order.

By placing an order with Embodiment Printing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
